1.  Jethro – Flexibility – Moses was a valuable employee but Jethro allowed him to leave to do God’s will.
2.  Zipporah – Submission/Support – Zipporrah submitted and supported Moses in circumcising their sons.
3.  Aaron – Encouragement – Aaron encouraged by meeting a need as a spokesman for Moses.

I want to help those in my physical family and church family succeed in doing the will of God.  I must be flexible allow them to do God’s will and not my will for their life.  I must be submissive to those over me and supportive of those under my authority.  I must seek to be an encouragement by meeting practical needs that will help them to succeed.
